For the last 15  years Oana Ivan has worked on creating and developing highly successful business operations on the Romanian market.
Oana started her career as sales consultant at local real estate companies, continuing toward project management, marketing and business development.  

She coordinated the development, sales and marketing for over 5 major residential projects until 2008, afterwards continuing her career on various market segments like commercial leasing, residential sales, new business, distressed assets, rental platforms, free market, start ups and greenfield projects.
Oana has extensive knowledge of the business-to-business segment including operational, strategic and marketing segments.
