Rafaela graduated in Management and Business administration at the University of Renes in France, before finishing her studies in Brussels with a Master’s Degree in European Studies and International Relations.

In 2002 Rafaela became a partner of GIS GROUP, and in 2004 launched the group's real-estate in Romania. This quickly became a local reference point as an intermediary in land deals and large commercial and residential developments.

Currently Rafaela is mainly focused on both strategic and tactical business advice for investment funds and international and local developers.
